Canada has 38,905 job vacancies available in the construction sector, and skilled workers are required in building trades and the construction sector. This is just one sector but the country has to fill more than 1.1 million vacancies in total, that’s why Canada will invite more immigrants as per the Immigration Levels Plan 2023-25. The Housing and Diversity Minister Ahmed Hussen stated that more foreign skilled workers are needed to be invited to Canada to work in different sectors, especially building trades and construction.
