5900 candidates were invited in the third Express Entry draw of the week which was a category-based selection draw for candidates.
This draw was conducted for candidates with professional experience in STEM-related professions. A minimum CRS score of 481 was required. It was conducted on December 8, earlier than that, 1000 Candidates were invited by IRCC on 7 December with a minimum CRS score of 470. On December 6, 4750 candidates with a cut-off CRS score of 561 were invited in an all-program draw. It was the First Express Entry Draw Since October 2023 Held by Canada.
The draws of this week were the first Express Entry draws in more than a week. The three Express Entry draws were held in December but earlier than that, the last Express Entry took place on October 26. 3,600 candidates were invited in that category-based selection draw for healthcare occupations with a CRS score of 431.
IRCC tweeted on November 14, that candidates who recently received invitations had trouble in uploading their final application to Express Entry profile builder. A tweet that followed up two days later stated that the problem had been resolved but there was no reason confirmed for a longer pause.
