4 provinces held provincial nominee program draws from September 16 to 22, namely, British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, and PEI.
Provincial Immigration Results from September 16 to 22
British Columbia
A general and a targeted immigration draw, both were held under British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program which encompassed multiple immigration streams like the Skilled Worker stream, Skilled Worker – Express Entry British Columbia stream, International Graduate stream, International Graduate EEBC option stream, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled immigration streams.
147 ITAs were issued by the British Columbia PNP among these streams. 108 was the minimum score which was required to be invited under this draw for the Skilled Worker and Skilled Worker EEBC option streams. 111 was the minimum score for the International Graduate and International Graduate EEBC option streams. 89 was the minimum score needed to be eligible for this draw by the candidates in the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled stream.
78 ITAs were issued by the candidates under both the Skilled Worker stream and the International Graduate stream. They issued ITAs for their EEBC alternatives as well in a targeted profession draw. Candidates having professional experience in healthcare professions or early childhood educators/ educator assistants were considered in this draw. 60 was the minimum required score that was considered for this draw.
Manitoba
Four provincial nominee programs were announced this week under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, across a variety of streams. 298 draws were delivered to the candidates who had a minimum score of 612 in the first draw which was an occupation-specific selection draw. These draws targeted candidates who had experience working as sales and service representatives, or in supporting occupations.
For all other occupations, MPNP also held a second general draw. 239 ITAs were issued to individuals who had a minimum score of 631. The third draw targeted candidates with skills that meet labour market needs who graduated from an educational institution in Manitoba. It occurred under the International Education stream. No minimum score was mentioned but 56 ITAs were issued.
The last draw invited candidates based on their prior invitation by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative. It occurred under the Skilled Workers Overseas stream. With a minimum score of 723, 27 candidates were invited to apply for PR.
Ontario
Two immigration draws were held by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) this week. In the first draw, 537 ITAs were issued to the candidates who had a minimum score of 41. It was a general draw from the Master’s Graduate stream. The second draw issued 71 invitations to the individuals who had a minimum score of 40 and above, it was a general selection draw under the PhD graduate stream.
Prince Edward Island
Two draws were held by Prince Edward Island PNP this week. The first draw issued 4 invitations to the candidates with a minimum score of 80. It took place under the Business Impact Category. Through the Critical Worker stream, the second draw took place in which 153 invitations were issued to the candidates who held a minimum score of 55. These candidates were already working for an employer.
